Summer School at Abba’s Heart Montessori is here again! From Monday, 2nd to Friday, 27th August 2021, we will be going on a 4-Week Creative Adventure with our learners aged 18 months to 11 years.
Here are the various packages available for our learners:
PRESCHOOL RAINBOW PACKAGE (BUTTERCUPS & FIREFLIES). (35,000 for 4 Weeks)
Our preschool summer adventure will be a pot-pourri of academic and extracurricular activities.
Summer adventure activities include: language development exercises, practical and creative math, reading intervention programme, grace and courtesy exercises, swimming, outdoor games and aerobics, art and crafts, faith lessons, virtual excursions and many more.
ED-VOCATIONAL PACKAGE (FIREFLIES-ELEMENTARY/PRIMARY PUPILS) (40,000 for 4 Weeks)
This package earmarked for our primary school pupils will feature an immersion of vocational skills such as tailoring (pattern drafting and sowing), baking classes, photography as well as hat making, bead making, Ankara accessories making and other types of fashion accessories.
The ED-VOCATIONAL package will also cater to the academic needs of students in core subject areas (math, science and English) in order to prepare them adequately for their next classes in the 2021-2022 academic year.
At the end of the 4-week period of this programme, we believe that our learners will be fully immersed in the skills presented to them and that they will be ready to apply them in real-life situations.
ED-TECH PACKAGE (FIREFLIES-ELEMENTARY/PRIMARY PUPILS) (40,000 for 4 Weeks)
This package is also for our elementary/primary aged pupils.
It is a tech immersion program that will cover coding, robotics, animation and other relevant aspects of computing
In addition to the tech skills acquisition, pupils will also have days dedicated to the exploration of core subjects(math, science and creative writing) in order to prepare them for next session’s academic work.
At the end of the 4-Week Ed-Tech immersion programme, we believe that the fire of technological creativity and innovation would have been ignited in our young scholars.
Other highlights of our Creative Adventure Camp are: swimming, talent shows, games and outdoor activities, team building and life-skills training.
